PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing clients’ technical projects and ensuring that all members of the operating team work efficiently. He/she should have an aptitude for thinking outside the box and enjoy critical thinking, organization, and overall team management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervisory level

  • Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully

  • Supervises data collection, report generation, and documentation

  • Spearheads strategy development and implementation

  • Formulate strategies to achieve the business goals

  • Evaluate, test, and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes

BUSINESS ANALYST

BUSINESS ANALYST

The Business Analyst studies and implements designs of technical systems, business models, processes, and strategic business needs. He or she processes the learnings and recommends how they may be applied to the business and the requirements of the clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify problems and formulate solutions for improvement of business, based on research

  • Collect data, generate reports, and document system processes

  • Perform risk analysis and management

  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems

  • Provide system workshop and training sessions

  • Manage projects and lead teams to achieve objectives

  • Assess business structure, its technology, and its goals

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A college degree in engineering (computer, telecommunication, or industrial), IT, mathematics, or equivalent. Civil engineering graduates are highly recommended.

  • Preferably 1 to 4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or equivalent

  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Can excel under pressure and with minimum supervision

SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Sales and Marketing Specialist identifies customer needs in a timely and precise manner. He or she responds to client inquiries and requests for information and does follow up calls when needed.

REPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquire new and repeat business for the company based on sales KPIs

  • Manage relationships with customers in a healthy sales pipeline

  • Understand the products and services of the company and articulate them to clients

  • Create presentations and proposals accurately and on time

  • Coordinate with concerned departments regarding reconciliation of discrepancies, funding, and revenue realization to ensure accurate billing and collection

  • Assist Immediate Superior in designing strategic sales plans for a strong client base and attainment of revenue target

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A college degree in business, management, accounting, or equivalent

  • Preferably has 1 to 2 years of experience in IT/Engineering sales or equivalent. However, entry-level applicants are welcome.

  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Effective understanding of latest technologies and their applications

  • Ability to excel under pressure

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

JAVA PROGRAMMER

The Java Programmer designs and implements JAVA applications, develops and tests software, and resolves technical issues relating to the system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, develop, test, and document computer programs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A college degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent.

  • Has written programs in JAVA.

  • Understands and has done work on APIs, SDKs, class libraries, and development toolkits.

  • Experience in XML and CSS and familiarity with Maven, Spring, and JSON are an advantage.

  • With 1 to 2 years work experience is required.
Financial Analyst

FINANCIAL ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzing financial data and performance – both current and past.
  • Preparing reports and projections based on the analysis.
  • Establishing and evaluating profit plans.
  • Identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Guiding the cost analysis.
  • Projecting and forecasting pricing of company products based on global market trends.

SYSTEM ADMIN

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
  • Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
  • Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to Organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers and Partners.
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up.
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
  • Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
  • Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
  • Create and verify backups of data.
  • Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
  • Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes.
  • Review application logs
  • Install and test computer-related equipment.
  • Engineering of SA-related solutions for various project and operational needs.
  • Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Digital Marketing Specialist

This position will work together with Sales and Marketing team, and with other key members of the organization in identifying, developing and implementing effective digital strategies and programs across markets and segments to support brand equity, revenue and profitability. He/She will also be the 1st point of contact for marketing concerns and escalations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Devise strategies, plan and execute all digital marketing to drive online traffic to the website
  • Research, evaluate, utilize and recommend wide range of techniques and technologies initiatives to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Track performance and recommend improvements to the LN websites/ landing pages
  • Review, recommend and redesign LN website for optimization to improve usability, design, content and conversion of our sites
  • Manage online Brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Collaborate with the marketing partners and agencies on planning and budgetary control and brain storming of new and creative growth strategies of all digital marketing by providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Conduct customer research, market conditions and competitive insights utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate on social media, web, email and display strategies for the company to help improve social media presence and optimize user experience across all digital channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in marketing, business management or other related fields
